Located in the heart of the beautiful Laurentians, our welcoming country-style inn is the natural choice for some downtime on your own or with friends, a romantic getaway, or even a yoga retreat. You can stay in one of our well-appointed suites, each featuring a balcony or terrace overlooking the river’s natural whirlpools below. Most of our packages include a breakfast basket delivered to your room.

The desire to offer an authentic and complete Nordic spa experience

I worked hard to bring Auberge et Spa nordique Beaux Rêves into the world, almost 30 years ago. I like what Quebec has done with the Nordic Spa concept, but I come from Estonia, a Scandinavian country, and the experience as lived here left out several essential elements. The spa in its original formula is first and foremost a social space where there must be room for everyone to enjoy a personalized experience, whether as a family, as a couple, with friends or even among colleagues.

Complete silence and attendants who come to warn you every two minutes to remain silent do not exist with us! For me, visiting the spa means experiencing pleasure, sharing, laughing and taking a break from the hectic daily life. So I do everything possible to create an environment where everyone can relax, reconnect with their essence and recharge their batteries.

As I am someone who likes to innovate, I do not hesitate to return to my origins in order to stay on top of the latest trends in the fascinating world of well-being in the style of Scandinavian countries. It is in this spirit that I added, to the Nordic spa circuit, an infrared sauna, a Siberian sauna, pressotherapy boots, a Himalayan salt room and much more!
